"Justice. I'll serve it."

At very young age, our hero made a traumatic experience... a horrible, vicious creature... Loud, disturbing gnarls... Screaming people, and a village riddled with holes. That's all he can remember.

His family was brutally murdered in this massacre, so he got adopted by the blacksmith of the nearest town. This blacksmith, but, was a cruel man, he beat his children and gave them almost no food. Also, our hero was bullied by the children of the town, so, some years later, he escaped the watchful eye of his "father" and went out, in the wide world. He wandered 4 days, with no food or water. He then collapsed, in the middle of the forest.

As he woke up, he found himself in a small cave. As he looked around, he saw a young man. "You're awake. I thought you won't make it.", the man said. "I found you in the forest, alone. Looks like we share the same fate." Our hero was speechless. "Don't be afraid, I wont hurt you. What's your name?" Still no response. "My name is Yasuo." Yasuo walked over and gave him some meat and water in a stone bowl. Our hero smiled, he was happy, he found someone who cared for him.

The years later, Yasuo gave him a name. "Takeo. Your name is Takeo. You'll bring justice among the people, and hopefully, to me."

Yasuo trained him in the art of sword fighting, quickly, Yasuo noticed Takeos talent. At one evening, Yasuo gave him a sword. "This is the blade of my brother. Take it. You're my brother now."

Many years passed, and Takeo developed his own technique. His strikes were lightning fast, and extremely devastating. Takeo, again, left Yasuo, so he can seek revenge for his dead family, his destroyed village and Yasuo.

Takeo wandered through Valoran, in the depths of the Kumungu Jungle, through Noxus and even into Bandle, the holy city. Everyone, who challenged Takeo, was striked down. Finally, Takeo arrived. The League of Legends.

He will find Justice.

INFO: Takeo uses his own resource. His abilities have no cost.

Passive: Takeo charges up his lightning sword, after 6 basic attacks he will empower his next ability.

Also, he gains attack speed with each successful basic attack, up to a cap. (max +45%)/(55%)/(65%)

Q: Steel-Light CD: 7/6,5/5,5/4,5/3,5

Passive: Every 6th basic attack, Takeo infuses his target with lightning, applying a debuff called Lightning-Charge.

Active: Takeo strikes his sword forward extremely fast, slowing the target's movement speed by 20%, and dealing 30/80/110/180/260 (+80% AD) physical damage. (thunder sound in the background)

Empowered: Detonates Lightning-Charge, stunning the target for 1 seconds.

**W: Slither ** CD: 14/12/10/9/7

Takeo's next basic attacks will strike around him, dealing 25/60/100/150/200 (+70% AD; +40% AP) bonus damage.

Empowered: Heals for each enemy hit 30/30/40/40/50 (+70% AP).

**E: Bolt Rush ** CD: 1,5 at all ranks.

Passive: Gains 1 Stack per 30 seconds. Max. 3. Active: Uses 1 Stack, Takeo leaps with brutal force to his target location, dealing 50/80/145/180/250 physical damage (+40% AD; +80% AP). 1,5 seconds cooldown between leaps. (thunder sound in the background)

Empowered: Targets hit will be stunned for 0,5 second.

R: Thunderstorm CD: 100/70/60

Can only use this ultimate on stunned targets.

Takeo teleports to all stunned targets and slashes 5 times through them for 1,5 seconds. All champions hit recieve 200/320/460 (100% AD) physical damage. After this ability ends, he will teleport to the first champion hit. (thunder sound in the background, 5 times)

Empowered: Gains 30/50/70 attack damage for 8 seconds.

Design: •25 years old •tall •Male •short, brown-black hair, •Light armor, assassin-like (for example, Talon), •Wields sword, a bit like the one of Yasuo, but -> he doesn't hold his sword exactly like Yasuo, it's still at his hip, but one hand is at his sword, the other one is above the grip, NOT AT IT, ready to draw it •Eyepatch on his right eye •Blue Eye(s) •beard around his mouth

Idle: Presses his sword in the ground, leaning on it, looking around
