[Champion Concept] Penwin the Penguin

** Penwin, The Penguin**

Lore

As for his lore he'd be from Freljord on the Winter Claw with Sejuani, Volibear, Udyr and Olaf, but he is very near to all the Bilgewater champs specially with Fizz, though nobody would be able to explain why or when he was born in Freljord, the cold area of Freljord suddenly had a penguin going around begging for food, her appearence were cute at first but once he started running away from every shelter they started mistrusting him, until that one day he made it through as the winner of an Winter Claw tournament held by Sejuani to prove the strength of all the clan the penguin received an invitation and win, though no one celebrated his victory, after that Sejuani made sure everyone knew him by a new name, the Penwin of the Winter Claw. From that day onwards Penwin's goals changed, he stopped trying to prove himself that he could be strong and started trying to convince other people just like Sejuani and her clan that he was good and trustworthy, he swore to protect the clan that misjudged him for one day they'll realize who he really is. After that he travels to the Blue flame Island and found Fizz and form an friendship, they live an huge amount of adventures together, after one day a Giant Titan appeared, now he reside in Bilgewater and trying to convince all the Bilgewater people that he is strong to beat the Titan.

Move Set & Kit

My own set of Penwin the Penguin.

Primary: Tank. Secondary: Fighter.

Main Role Jungler.

Passive: Ice Reserve Penwin receives bonus attack damage equal to 2% of his MAX HP.

Q-Ability: Frost Pooddle.

Range: 1250. Cool Down: 10. Cost: 60/ 70 / 80 / 90 / 100. Magic Damage: 70/110/150/190/230 (+3% OF MAX HEALTH). Slow 21/ 27/ 33/ 39/ 45 %

Passive: Penwin Movement Speed is increased by 25% while the penguin is on the ice path. ACTIVE: Penguin launches a ball of ice that deals magic damage and slows all enemies in a line for 1 second. The ice ball creates a ice path for 4 seconds, slowing enemies who stand on it for 0.25 seconds.

W-Ability: Chilling Suit.

Cool Down: 14. Cost: 50 at all ranks. Attack Speed: 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% Bonus Armor & Magic Resist: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30

PASSIVE: Permanently grants Penwin bonus armor and magic resist. ACTIVE: Penguin increases his attack speed for 8 seconds.

E-Ability: Snow Slide.

Range: 625. Cool Down: 14/13/12/11/10. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Physical Damage: 60/90/120/150/180(+50% AD) (+2/ 4/ 6/ 8/ 10% of enemy's maximum health) Knock up: 0.5s

ACTIVE: Penwin slides forward, knocking enemies into the air and dealing physical damage equal to a flat amount plus a percentage of their maximum health (max 300 damage to monsters).

This slide stops after knocking an enemy champion into the air, but has a small area of effect that allows multiple champions to be knocked up if they are close enough together.

** If this slide is used on Frost Poddle Ice path, gains range equal to the end of the path and don't stop after knocking enemies also increase the speed of the slide and the knock-up is 1s instead of 0.5s.*

Auto attacks reduce the cd in 0.5s.

R-Ability: Avalanche!!!.

Range: 2750. Cool Down: 130/115/100. Cost: 100. Magic Damage: 150/250/350 (+70% AP). Root Duration: 1.5 / 1.75/ 2 Activate: Penwin summons a large amount of snow that moves outward in a broad line that deals Magic Damage to all enemies that make contact with the Ability, all affected enemy Champions will be Rootes, after the Root duration all affected enemy Champions will leave trail snowy foot-prints for 4 seconds that is treat like ice path.

Penwin increase the mov speed in 25% if walk on the ice path, the snow slide increase the range to the end of ice path and the knock up is 1s intead of 0.5.

Miscellaneous

Gentleman Penwin is a nice skin option.

He is in the Winter Claw with Sejuani, Olaf, Volibear and Udyr also has a very nice frienship with all the Bilgewater champ's specially with Fizz.

I really loves the Penguin's and I am a fan of the artist RiotPenguin so I really want to see a concept of a Penguin champ made by RiotPenguin.
