Jeez that is brutal. Amazing artwork. Have you considered posting this on Reddit? You'll get more feedback there and won't have to worry about your post just stewing in the LoL forums.

As a Rengar main I personally love this and wish Riot would approve this as well, Night Hunter was okay but i think Mecha Rengar deserves to be a skin.
