Champion Skin In-Game Portrait

I think that every champ should have his skin portrait displayed in-game instead of the dull-looking classic skin portrait which is kinda stupid from riot to forget adding such a thing (unless they have a good reason) because I know for sure that every skin is expensive in this game and I believe that every skin should get it's splash art portrait displayed in-game...
