Tahm Kench

So about this guy... After Patch 5.16 he is really really tanky and does a lot of damage for a single target (like a duelist) I play him top now since hes like one of the strongest 1 v 1 champ in the game. But there is something missing for this guy... In tfs I dont know if I should be eating my adc or just eat their tank or carry so I could do dmg to them and suppress them from the fight for a couple of seconds...

I feel like something is missing from tahm kench. Everything is fine with him and people call me OP whenever I kill them but there is something missing for him but I am not sure what it is!
