Forecast Fiora Skin

Tell me if anyone thought of this already, but what about a skin in which Fiora has an umbrella for a weapon?

Her autos would have a splashing rain effect on hit, her crits could have the ubrella stab someone.

When using Riposte, it's the same idea of pulling her blade back, but if she blocks hard CC then the umbrella opens up just before stabbing, as an animation bonus.

Her ultimate could make a small rain field when she breaks all the Vital spots or when the champion dies with a water drop symbol instead of a flower, and the Vital spots could have an umbrella shaped indicator on it.

She would wear a poncho that flowed behind her like the cape she wears, and she could have a reacall similar to Forecast Janna in which she makes a reference to "Singing In the Rain".

Just a though. Anyone else think of this, or is this a good idea I actually came up with for once?
