KLEEEEEEEEEED skins

I don't main Kled but when I am playing him with a premade and we try something fun like a full yordle team poor Kled is the only one without a cool skin because maybe I don't like "Sir Kled" but that's the only option. So I want to start a train about him getting more skins and how to make this an event or super important add-on. (This isn't the only thread about this, my particular favorite gives a ton of ideas and links to other threads giving gems like "Mad Tea Party Kled") From what I can tell champs do not normally just randomly get cool skins without grandiose attention i.e. Project:hunters or the newer Santa skins. So if I wanna push something like "Arclight Kled" it probably won't go without lore or some fun missions possibly for an emote about him screaming into battle.

So I have 2 plans and ideas with event details to suggest, as a loose outline, a new Kled skin that may be released grabbing attention of new players or people not familiar with the "Cantankerous Cavalier".

(My preference)1: Arclight I can't draw or do art so a concept is unavailable(I would be very grateful if someone could though) Most likely it will be Kled and Skaarl bolstering angelic Armour with a crown on Skaarl and Kled showing clear distaste that Skaarl has it but not him.

When al Yorick launched I was ecstatic due to I just started maining him(currently my only m6 I haven't been around that long) but it felt like he was swept away by another release and given little attention(OR LORE. I only wanted lore). I was upset that I was unable to find cannon lore regarding the al series I sent in a ticket. So for Kled I have a rough draft of an event that would bring about a wave of popularity for him and al while still making people buy the AMAZING skins. Step 1: Release lore involving the 5 al champions origin stories (maybe all in one story or 5 short ones) getting attention for al Step 2: Have al Kled skin for sale Step 3: Enable missions for him ex: All of these occur in matchmade games. 1: "Win 3 matchmade games" Reward: Arclight Icon (it can be anything just something following the theme of al) 2: "With Arclight icon equipped (applies to the rest of the missions) kill 3 minions in three seconds (this is to highlight the burst of Kled and Vayne with hints of Yorick)" Reward: Arclight Ward

The next three are offered at the same time "Kill two Rift Heralds and a Baron" Reward: Arclight skin fragment (Three of these can be combined in the loot shop for a random permanent Arclight skin and can be reforged if the player already owns the skin, because we're not monsters.) "Team kill 50 enemy champions" Reward: Arclight skin fragment "Place 5 wards in 3 games" Reward: Arclight skin fragment

Finale: "Win 3 games with Kled, Vayne, Varus, Vel'koz or Yorick on either team" Reward: Arclight emote (Most likely Kled all angely) [galio-happy] Like the above, but KLEEEEEEEEEED.

The most likely plan will be something St. Patrick's day themed as it is coming up soon. With this will inevitably come a shamrock emote or something of the same nature and new skins with the same theme. Of course there's no way to for sure say what champs would be sham-rocked but as the holiday has the charming leprechaun for a "mascot": Yordles.

Kled would get the "Mad tea party" skin as seen in the linked thread. Heimerdinger would have a literal leprechaun skin.(I've chosen him and will choose Fizz as they aren't overloaded with skins like seriously Teemo has like 9!) Fizz gets a pretty rainbow skin because he shines in every color, mainly red for all the blood he spills.

Similar to Arclight a St. Patrick's day event would have missions with some lore and such. Missions(example):

1:"Win a game of PvP(I would have suggested matchmade but with skins about a holiday it's more likely that devs would want people to show off these skins and watch them in action on both sides, as players are twice as likely to see them)" Reward: Shamrock icon (All missions may only receive progress if this icon is worn)(This mission must be completed before offering the other 5)

"Win 7 PvP games with Kled, Heimerdinger or Fizz on either team(The event will have to last awhile and with 5 missions offered at once they should be long)" Reward: Shamrock ward and a Shamrock event token

"Earn 150,000 gold in matchmade games(bots go by quickly so it's slower to do the missions there encouraging people to play PvP)" Reward: Pot'o'gold ward and 2 Shamrock event tokens

"Deploy 30 'pets' in a single matchmade game(Basically champion generated minions ex. mist walkers, Mordekaiser's ghosts, Heimerdinger's turrets or zz'rot portals)" Reward: Shamrock poro ward and a Shamrock event token

"Kill a champion within 3 seconds 5 times in a single matchmade game(this is to highlight the burst damage of these champions i.e. Heimer's barrage, Kled's w combo and Fizz's ult)" Reward: Shamrock Scatter-gun ward and 3 Shamrock event tokens

"In 5 different matchmade games place 5 wards" Reward: Shamrock eye ward and a Shamrock event token.

After all 5 are completed one last mission is offered: "Kill 15 champions as Kled, Heimerdinger or Fizz in any matchmade game" Reward: Shamrock emote

Now in the loot shop a play can use Shamrock event tokens to buy:

Mad tea party Kled icon for 8 tokens

Leprechaun Heimerdinger icon for 8 tokens

Rainbow Fizz icon for 8 tokens

Hextech chest for 1 token

Random emote for 4 tokens

Random ward skin for 2 tokens

Random skin shard for 3 tokens

Again, all of this is simply a framework so a Kled skin may be introduced via a fun event and missions so I don't wanna push any plan in particular but just a plan and I just wanted to give two so if anyone wants to draw concepts for Kled or suggest another event, please do.
