You can not tell if teammate is picking or alredy picked champ in Low-spec mode for first look.

Hi Riot, You can not tell if teammate is picking or alredy picked champ in Low-spec mode for first look. There is only cicle color difference between picking and picked. Can you please add some little glow around that circle in champ select when teammate is picking (not locked). It will be better.
