Gee, patch has not come by yet...... Xayah and Rakan are not in store..... Patch is happening in a few hours/whenever its set....... Wonder if theres a connection.

In euw we had the patch a few hours ago and we can't can't get them yet either

In the patch did it say the champions would be "released later this patch" that it normally does? I keep coming on about 8-10 hours after patch since its at about 2 am for me..... So i think they are just wanting to get ALL the patches out before implimenting the new champions so its one major influence at a time.

To get the the icons it says the 19th and if they get all the patches out it might be the 20th before we get the them

If patch is tonight at the same time as usual, then the NA one hits in about an hour, takes a bit of time but..... Im expecting if they come out today it will be in about 5 hours, but i havent been keeping up with info prior to patches so i just go with what i had heard of they were coming out the 24th xD so that a patch was today was news to me in general lol

problem is they've been confirmed by riot to be on the 19th. there is even an event surrounding their release. so idk just rito plz its 9am and i have a day off. let me play rakan ;.;

So I'd guess it's 16:00 GMT for EU considering the special icons are linked to Xayah and Rakan.

where is that information from tho, because it sure doesn't say it on the official riot icon page for EUW or NA. and also usualy if there is a time stated it goes by PST not whatever our countries time is in euw.

They might not roll them out until afternoon their time, aka PST/PDT. They specifically stated later this patch.

How stupid are people? Champions released on a patch are NEVER released immediately. It takes anywhere between a few hours to a day or two.

lol yeah thats true. that was a painful wait. problem is with this one riot has said that they will be released on the 19th of April 2017 starting with an event with icons to start their release. ehh, Personally i don't know if we should take their word for it. its rito after all.

If you read patch notes, it said they will be released DURING the patch, not ON release.

so its been a couple days i tried to buy xayah and it still says not implemented yet but ive played normals and people already have her so wahts going on? help anyone
