How stupid are people? Champions released on a patch are NEVER released immediately. It takes anywhere between a few hours to a day or two.

Well the promotion for the special icons begins at 11am EST today, I'm assuming they will either be available then or right after.

If you read patch notes, it said they will be released DURING the patch, not ON release.

so its been a couple days i tried to buy xayah and it still says not implemented yet but ive played normals and people already have her so wahts going on? help anyone
