My second Vlad rework idea
So I have a new Vladimir rework idea. Similar to my last one, but i think this one better fits him.
We're replacing his passive with his ultimate, only a weaker version with added counterplay. P - Infection - Vladimir's blood is infected with a virulent plague that heavily weakens immune systems and causes painful deterioration. Each spellcast on an enemy champion or epic monster gives one stack of INFECTION. At five stacks, the enemy's blood boils and are dealt magic damage and they receive 5-10% increased damage (Scaling can be argued). Stacks last for 3 seconds and fall off one at a time.
Q - Transfusion - Vladimir fires a bolt of his own blood at an enemy unit in a skillshot in a target direction. If it strikes an enemy, the bolt gives one stack of Infection and returns to Vladimir and heals him a percentage of the damage dealt.
For now , his W and E remain the same. His W now gives a stack of infection every second.
R - Vampirism -Vladimir channels for one second (or two) and begins to pull in blood in a cone in front of him. This ability lasts for 5 seconds and for each second an enemy champion remains in the cone, they are drained of their health and receive a stack of infection every second. Vladimir can move while active but cannot cast other spells. Vladimir is not healed from this ability.
Another alternative to the ultimate is instead, Vlad selects up to 3 champions and he will siphon blood from them as long as they stay within his range.
The idea here is to keep his identity as a blood mage who can control blood, while being immobile and having sustain. But this kit i feel makes him less toxic.
Let me know what you guys think. I'm posting from my phone so I'll update this later.
