Muffinsong, which is a in game name I use on some games, so I day dream best when it comes from my black heart. lol . This is a little raw, but open for ideas, and art.

Lore: Muffinsong is a Mighty Marlock (Mage/Warlock hybrid), and you will address him as Master. Bow down and do not make eye contact for Muffinsong, for he will Maul you with his Magic.

I am Al'hool, Muffinsong's sidekick. I am a demon, and assist Muffinsong with his Magic. Oh where is Muffinsong you say?, well he is right behind me. (you see a mirror, like the one in the link where you can flip it on its own stand, but a lot more video game awesome)

Al'hool spins the mirror, and the mirror spins up with some flashy and cheeky smoke. You see a Dark image of a Yordle, and the first detail you see are these big eyes, like an owl, except the rings around Muffinsong's eyes are bigger and darker. His teeth are next, all sharp and pointy triangles, and they form a rather bright wall of glim. His Head seemed really big, but that was because he was very deepset, like he has not eaten in a long while.

What you were not informed was how Vain Muffinsong really is. When he saw his reflection in the mirror, he always wanted to be bigger. He saw a cute little live plush doll with a button nose an what not. "How can my Magic be taken seriously with this size" Muffinsong would think to himself. What you see now is many magic experiments in attempt to make Muffinsong 100 times his size. In his vanity, he will not admit a failure attempt. Even when Muffinsong used a mirror to make himself bigger, but somehow ended up on the inside on the reflection side of the mirror. What you see is a very heavy and magical mirror stand, made with magical ore. Inside the reflection is a dark little Yordle in the reflection of the mirror. The mirror is cursed, (duh), so it makes you mad, but keep you alive.

Al'hool looks like a Shadow imp demon thing with a big mouth and horns. He is gas like, so he can shift very swiftly like smoke. Since the mirror and Al'hool are magical, Al'hool can move the 300 lb mirror stand with ease, like it is weightless.

Muahahahaha! I am the Mighty Muffinsong, and have trapp- i mean, successfully made myself bigger with this mirror. TIME TO SHOW YOU ALL MY NEW MIMIC MIRROR MAGIC!!!! Let me look into your soul, so I can steal it. Muhahahahaha.

For stats and moves. Stats, I would make him OP with stats, which would lead to a nerf. The math is up to you. ALso not sure if should be AP or AD or hybrid.

Stats: 4k hp to start 200 ap 200 ad Ms 500

Smile : passive : AP or AD = MP5

Q : MAD MIRROR: skill shot hit ... Muffinsong shoots a shadow ball from within the mirror. Target takes damage on impact, and after burn effect will burn mana, or health if champ does not use mana

W: MO MADNESS : Cast on target to make 2 images of them, that do very little damage, and confuse enemy.

E: SMILE SHINE : Cone skill shot. Does AOE damage and blinds all champs in cone.

R: MO MAD MIRROR : Self cast, turn into random champion for a X duration with their moves. Or cast on target to steal their image, and mimic them.

4000 hp is a lot to start off with. Most champs start somewhere in the hundreds, not thousands. 500 base movement speed also seems a bit high, although not so sure about that one. Might want to bring that down to three-hundred-something or four-hundred-something at most. Also unsure how many champs actually start out with any ability power at all, might want to remove that part.

What is MP5? I assume MP = magic penetration, but the 5 is throwing me off. If that means he gains 5 times as much magic penetration as he has AD or AP, that seems way too OP. Otherwise I've got nothing.

I assume for the W when you say "cast on target" you mean allies, because the last thing you need is to make two images of your opponent that will attack their enemies (you) and confuse you. I'd suggest specifying whether this only works on allies, enemies, or both.

I'd suggest for R that you change the self-cast effect to "turn into random champion in the game" rather than just "turn into random champion", because suddenly turning into a random champion that no one in the game selected would just be confusing to all of the players. As it is turning into a random champion is risky since there's a chance that you could wind up turning into something you're terrible at and getting your butt handed to you and your teammates will start calling you a troll or a feeder for doing that.

I like that you were able to stick to your theme, but I'd suggest that you read the abilities of some real champions and read some other (well liked, not ones that have 100 downvotes or something like that) champion concepts so you can see what the really good champ concepts look like. Overall this one's pretty good, but A.) it could still use work, and B.) it's not very detailed. You get the points of your abilities across, but it just feels like it needs... more. Looking at other champs/concepts will get you an idea of how you might want to describe the abilities, and might also help you get a good idea about what stats are okay to give to champions and what aren't, how powerful abilities should be, how much mana the abilities should cost, and how long the cooldowns should be.
