Ways to make dynamic queue/new champ select better.

Ok so i have some ideas to make this thing better.

1: Add in a choice to have 3rd roll.

2: maybe make the 3rd roll only kick in after 2-3 mins or so

3: (i do not know if this is already here but anyway) make it so that the teams have to get matched up with the same numbers. EG: 4 man on my team and i am the solo person The other team has a 4 man and 1 solo.

4: Make fill less support oriented.
