/Remake bug?

Ok so i was playing a game with my akali then i saw riven invading then i was like ya we got a kill from them invading but then 3-2 mins later they just did /remake..... Is this a bug orrr did i miss something

Yeah that's not supposed to be able to happen. If at 3 minutes there's a player registered a disconnect or AFK for 90 seconds or longer, they can start the remake prompt, unless first blood has already occurred.

also I am pretty sure the team with the lower number of players has to be the one to get first blood to not trigger it
