champ creation

Hey boys and girls i have a glorious dream of one day working as a champion designer to create balanced champs that are healthy, and i need help. give me some ideas or thoughts that you would want to turn in to a champ, or are hoping someone else would. i cant to pictures well but i can make a decent idea of how the abilities match the champs personality as well as what lane i picked and why they should go there.
