Time to Eat

hey all i am doing a school project about making a business. A part of my business is that im making a restaurant based of of league that i can serve to people,"just a project." I was wondering if you all had any ideas of what i could do for food. I have the ideas from the tahm kench cookbook so far and just wanted to expand what i have.
