A New Support Needed

With auto fill putting more and more people into support due to the lack of dedicated support players and the last however many champions not having a dedicated support I think it's high time for a new support champion that can appeal to most players.

This is probably where it gets tricky because so many people hate the support role how would you make a champion that is fun for lets say a top laner (because many mid laner can just take a mid laner as sup) My thoughts are a heavy cc melee support that gets stronger by helping their adc get stronger. So something like an ability that enhances the adc's damage and an amount or percent of that damage is added to the supports next ability meaning you get your adc to do big damage you can do big damage. I'm only talking mainly about damage coop here because that's what I'd assume top lanes would want or maybe there could be something where they had an ability where they would share some health they have with another player so they cast an ability and for X amount of time the other player has X amount of health taken from your maximum health pool and if one dies it's returned to the owner or ends the effect so there is an incentive to keep one another alive.
