Galio Rework Idea. (HIS ULTIMATE)

So we all know how Galio is under the ground at the moment, but this idea for his ultimate may make him viable. So I was thinking of how Galio is so useless and one of the underused heroe. My Idea is how about we give Galio a "Pantheon " Ultimate? He flies up into the air and comes down with a bang(I don't know if he should do damage) taunting enemies around him. As for the other skills I have no clue, but Galio really needs a re-work, should make all heroes in this game playable. Give Galio that nice smooth engagement, just like Malphite. What are your thoughts guys?

Galio's ult isn't really the issue, in fact it is one of the strongest ults in the game. The issue is that the rest of his kit is slow and bulky to use and doesn't offer much.
