Will Slay Belle Katarina Come Back?

I'm not a long time Katarina player and until recently have started using her and I really like her Slay Belle Skin. I know Katarina has 2 Limited Edition Skins and are unavailable to purchase, but on the League of Legends Wiki it says that the Slay Belle Katarina skin is "Available during Snowdown 2013". Unlike the Limited Edition Skins the RP price for the skin is not crossed out. Does this mean that Slay Belle Katarina will possibly make a return in a future Snowdown?

Slay Belle Katarina is a legacy skin, which means that it makes periodic returns to the shop. :]

Holiday skins come back every year or so... plus every now and then they will be put on sale, like last month players had a chance to get Malzahar , Varus , and Orianna holiday skin
You can still be able to receive it via mystery gifts, if you really want it, request people to gift you, or gift them and they will eventually gift back

She is a legacy skin,meaning that she'll return at some point. Snowdown skins usually return in december(for obvious reasons),so she will most likely return this year again.
