IP dump

IM Curious as to whether anyone has any good ideas to DUMP IP. I have had all the champions for years now, and therefore have just been saving IP ever since. Im hanging around 75k IP which I know is not alot in comparison to a handful of others, however other than purchasing more rune pages, perhaps a summoner name change.. theres really nothing else to do with it OTHER than to use it when new champions come out.

Im wondering if maybe one day we will be granted the ability to purchase hextec keys/chests with IP? Or does anyone have a way to utilize their IP to their benefit?
