VOTE: Kick/ReQueue & Rage Quitter Penalty

League of Legends, as we all know, is fundamentally based on the participation and reliability of All 5 (or 3) people in a team, mercilessly unbending in its rigid structure of teamwork and flexibility.

So why must it be so rigid in it's Pairings as well? We have all been there.. in champ select with that daunting feeling when we realize we have That Guy on our team.. tilted from their last match and ready to FF at 15 in this one as well because_ they didn't get First Blood_. Or the guy that throws matches because other people didn't choose the champ he told them to play.

Having to sit there in champ select praying someone else will dodge so you don't have to deal with the impending toxicity.

My solution -An Option to Vote to Kick out the unwanted individual in the team during champ select. Requiring all 4 votes of the rest of the group, and resetting the champ select timer when another is pulled in. a limit of 1 or 2 kicks per queue. OR -An Option for the team to vote to ReQueue without any dodge penalties to anyone. Requiring 3 or more votes _ if 4 out of 5 people don't want someone in the party.. that says something. Long before the match even starts._

I also propose harsher and more common penalties to rage quitters in matches

LoL is very demanding in the full participation of every team member which means if one leaves intentionally, especially frequently, and is never punished for it; the game is lessened and ruined for many other members of the community. Minimum of 4 to 9 other people PER MATCH. That's a whole lot of toxicity spread from just one person. *Especially when that person is bragging about how they never get punished for it anyway

i do like this idea. that being said i think is should only be applicable to ranked solo/duo becuase every other game type you can have 4 people in a party playing together. i also think as cool as the idea is the execution on its own probably wouldnt change much if players intended to troll or be salty it is very possible they could just wait until the game starts. This could also be abused in the sense of simply a champion selected ( for example lets says some one play one champion only and its not very popular or considered META or good (Yorick) then its possible when they lock in yorick that their team could kick them and they would get kicked simply for playing their favorite champion.
