Abilities:
Passive [Ascension]: After killing a champion or epic monster, gains 10 - 30 armor and magic resist, 20 - 75 Attack Damage, 70 - 325 health and 70% increased health and mana regen for 8 seconds (all stats are depending on champion level). Killing units in this form grants 5 max health and 2 max mana.
Q [Light Beam]: Rays down an Light Beam that deals 30/50/70/90/110 physical damage (+10% Maximum Mana) after 1.1 - 0.75 seconds (depending on champion level). The enemy struck takes 10% increased physical damage for 2.5 seconds. Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana Range: 1350/1500/1650 Radius: 200
W [Sublime Stomp]: Stomps the ground dealing 40/70/100/130/160 physical damage (+45% AP) around him and making the ground impassable for 6 seconds, slowing all enemies in it by 25%. Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana Radius: 400
E [Ray of Sight]: Fires a ray of light that reveals wards and units, deals 10/30/50/70/90 magic damage (+3% Current Mana), and marks the first enemy hit that is less than 950/975/1000/1025/1050 units away from Reagan. After recasting, Reagan blinks to that enemy and roots him for 1 second. Cooldown: 45/43/41/39/37 seconds Cost: 100/110/120/130/140 mana Range: 1875
R [Golden Chains]: Connects Reagan and the target champion dealing 40/50/62.5 magic damage per second (+10% AP) that increases to 200/250/312.5 (+15% AP) after 8 seconds until the champion is not dead.
