Steam Based Marksman

Yeah Yeah... there isn't anything fancy, presenting things were never my strong suit, but I do have a concept that I want to see from Riot. A marksman that uses a secondary resource that isn't mana. Looking at all the current marksmen... they ALL use mana(except if you wanna count Kennen, but IMO, he doesn't count) This champ is meant to be an adc, akin to Ezreal in how he plays, poking down his opponents. However, this character doesn't mind being in the middle of a fight... with the potential to deal a great amount of If players underestimate their damage out put.

Passive: Steam Powered & Overheating. If this champ reaches max steam…. They detonate… dealing 50-250(+50%AD) Physical damage in a circle around them also harming them (the champ passively gains 2-5 steam for autoing(gaining 1 steam by the time you gain a point for ult))

Q: Steam Bolt: The champion fires out a bolt of steam that deals 50-100(plus 30%ad) damage upfront…. Then an additional (65% ad) afterwards over 2 seconds costs 20-40 steam(if above 50 steam… the attack then deals more initial damage… now scaling with 50-75%ad and consumes more steam(always 50)

W: Coolant leak: The champion uses its coolant to affect an area …champs that are hit by the initial splash are rooted for 0.5 seconds… this leaves a zone for 3 seconds that inflicts a slow. Generates 25-30 steam if below 30 steam.. The leak affects a bigger area

E: Explosive rounds(alternative names prefered): The Champion fires 3 shots in a line. After a second each shot explodes one by one(with a 0.25 second interval)…. Dealing 50-100(+50%ad) in physical damage…. Generates 30 steam(if steam =< 70…. Fire 5 shots… that explodes(starts immediately) at random intervals between 0 seconds and 0.5 seconds. Still in a line)(the size of the explosion should be comparable to Karthus q.)

R:”Override”: for 5 seconds… the champion can store extra steam(150-200 extra points) and overheat does not overheat…. Every point of heat grants the champion 1/5 AD(scaling to ½ AD) Detonate now instead deals its base damage+ 10 extra physical damage per extra point of steam. The champion takes ½(1/3 2nd rank)(1/5 second rank) of the damage it deals. All basic abilities gain 20-40(+1 per 100 AD)% CDR (does not stack with passive)

The basic Idea of this champ, is that they want to balance out how much steam they have... managing it, deciding if they want to flash in for a possible explosion of damage. With this being said. the passive could also be changed out for one that based on how much steam they have, the more AD they have, but reaching max steam locks them out of abilities, and gives them some move speed to run, Akin to Rumble Rumble. with his ult staying the same. Most of these abilities are made around the character having 100 Steam. As for where this champion would be from... most likely Zaun or Piltover. A character that relies on steam just makes sense in a steampunk environment.

Don't ask for a name or title... I'm not that inventive to think one up.
