Lobby banner decoration?

Greetings, So there was an update where in the lobby you can see levels. However the level borders are all different and it looks weird with the normal banner borders. That led me thinking, what if riot would instead make the whole banner borders look the same as the current level border? I think it would look soo much better like that.
