First of all, love the name of the champion. Kinda sounds yordle-ish, and it's adorable imagining a tiny adorable witch obliterating her enemies (at least in my head she's a cute yordle =P).

Now, as far as her abilities go, it is very hard to talk about balance when there are no numbers to work with. I've made the same mistake before in one of my suggestions and it made it really hard for the viewers to accurately determine whether the kit needed some adjustments or not. But, from what is presented, I kinda think she's overloaded with crowd control, especially when you consider that three of her abilities can slow enemy targets, and on top of that, she's got a double charm effect embedded into her ultimate (and Trance, which I'll address in a second).

For Q specifically, does it absorb your enemies' energy pool or? Cause I think Riot are pretty adamant about not letting abilities that burn away your target's resource pool into the game.

Also, her cooldowns seem to be quite low. Both Q and R have really low cooldowns (her R also has 6 ranks? - probably a typo), while her W and E (more problematic) reach the danger zone at higher ranks. Combine that with 40-45% cooldown reduction and you get yourself a monstrosity that can just spam her abilities.

Now, to touch upon the Trance part of her ultimate. In my honest opinion, I don't think that an ability that lets you freely control your enemy's movement should exist in an environment where even the tiniest mistake can turn the game around. It is an incredibly powerful crowd control that would be extremely frustrating to play against. That's why things like Charm and Fear exist - they affect your movement, but they don't let you control the direction. It all depends on your position, while keeping the direction of movement predictable at all times.

Overall, it's a really interesting concept with lots of fun little things to play with, but the kit itself requires some mechanical balancing. As far as the presentation goes, I enjoyed watching the video and learning more about your suggestion. Definitely a unique and new way to present your idea.
