Riot upgrade the loading screen.

With everything getting ramped up with the new client, I was thinking that the loading screen for League is getting left out. I mean sure, the background has changed from a boring black to a view over Summoner's Rift outside but I think a few changes with the actual champions and their icons wouldn't be bad. For example, it would be pretty cool if the champion pictures could actually move, kind of like the new login screen in the new client (I know this has been out in the old client too but this is just an example). Instead of just square borders, a rhombus-shaped icon (see link) would provide a new look to the the loading screen and a chat box on the side of the screen could provide conversation with teammates and enemies while the game loads.
