permanent skin shard of the champion you owned should not be ACTITIVATED
as titled,i suggest the permanent shard should not be activated automatically even though you have the corresponding champion,since you may not like the skin

Agreed happened to me way too many times. Just yesterday I rerolled 3 skin shards and I got Sailor Gangplank. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
I don't like it and have way better skins for him already. I would have preferred to get the orange essence from the skin permanent shard.
