jarvan 4 should have chromas for classic skin
i suggest to create a black color for classic jarvan, that would be awesone

A lot of Jarvan IV's earlier skins are basically just chromas.
His Darkforge skin can be considered a black chroma.
What Jarvan needs is a good model rework. His colors are so muted.
Riot no longer makes chromas for base skins. They only do them for other.skins as they feel it was better to expand upon the content people buy.
