IP Chroma Refunds

We need a one time mass optional refund on chromas bought with IP for those people who thought IP was worthless and dumped it all on chromas they will never use, and now that we know there was a reason to keep our IP its too late. I know a guy who dumped like 60k on chromas that he never uses, there goes his chance at urfwick.
