Anti-Smurf during last month of season

So idk if Riot did this purposefully, but i think adding this worlds event was a great way to cut down smurfing during the last month of the climb. If you want max rewards you have to grind on your main, which is what everybody would prefer rewards on anyways. Brilliant.
