An amazing skin idea for J4
I think we need a skin for him Jarvan the Fourth of July, he runs around with an American flag and when he ults he yells DEMOCRACY! Why because Merica that's why.

J4 has all warrior skins. Panth used to have all warrior skins too - but then he got Baker Panth and Zombie Killer Panth.
J4 should have a fun one too!
Some Ideas:
Gardner/Farmer J4 - Using a pitchfork as a lance/flag OR a tomato vine or small scarecrow as his standard. - Maybe even a fun title like 'Exiled J4' or 'Peasant J4' or 'Hillbilly J4' (like he's not a king anymore) - maybe a hay-bale aura for his W or for the walls on his ult - maybe riding a tractor for his recall?
'Billiards Player/Hustler J4' - Using a pool queue has his lance/flag - and a cue aura for his w and then a flagged queue or bridge for his lance - a triangle or some sort of ball-rack for his ult - playing pool for his recall?
'Skeleton Prince J4' or 'Ruined King J4' - A skeleton/zombie themed J4 and abilities - tombstones for ult walls or like a skull aura for his W and skeleton looking Q and E lances - maybe juggling his bones/skull as a recall
'Pimp J4' or 'Playboy J4' or 'Gentleman J4' - Like a rich-boy version, dressed to the nines, a tall/sharp cane or walking stick has his lance/flag, a dollarsign'$$' aura for his W and like moneybags as his walls for his ult - maybe counting money for his recall
Pole Vaulter J4 - good Olympic theme for the future - but using a pole vault uniform, pole for his lance and E, and then a recall being an actual pole vault animation.
'Pool Party J4' - With the pool party theme using a noodle as his lance/flag and then perhaps a water splash as his W and some sort of blue splash walls for his ult?
'Lifeguard J4' - using a reach-pole (a old timely lifeguard tool) as his Lance and standard - a lifeguard ring-buoy as the walls of his ult, and a splash for his W - have a tower in the recall like renekton.
