Project: Minions

So, everyone is aware that the Project skins will be of Yi, Fiora, Leona, Lucian, and Zed, with Yasuo already having his skin. Chroma skins are also a fairly new release, and we know that Riot has proposed the idea of Project: Chaos and Project: Order minions. So, like the minions, will the Project skins also be Chroma skins eventually?

P.S. this would also be a good solution to those who don't like the fact that Zed has a blue scarf or to those who think Lucian's green scarf is a little dull.
