Arcus, The Artificial Aspect

So I got to thinking earlier, "Riot prefers new champs to bring something new to the game (Ornns mobile shop, Pyke as an assassin support exc.), so what else could they do?" I brainstormed for a couple minutes and thought a vision type passive would be interesting to flesh out. Thus, I created Arcus.

Abilities: (P) The Unblinding: Abilities that reduce vision (Graves W, Nocturne R, and such), reduce less vision than they would for other champs. He also gains bonus hp regen when near allied wards. Bonus regen and anti-vision reduction scale with level.

(Q) One Side: Swipes his chain mace in front of him, dealing physical damage and knocking enemies back into W range.

(W) Space mace: Slams his chain mace in an overhead arc, dealing adaptive physical/magic damage and slowing targets around the impact area. Enemies caught in the center are stunned and take bonus damage. This ability does NOT damage foes if they are to close, hence why his Q was made.

(E) Radiant Sight: Base vision radius is increased based on rank (think if you were at the edge of the river at top, when at max rank you could see to the closest edge of baron pit).

(R) Solar Flash: channels a beam of light in front of him (about the length of his W), dealing magic damage and expanding in a cone shape as it continues (well say an area a bit thinner than Cassiopeia R at max width). Arcus can move and cast other abilities while channeling, but will move progressively slower as it continues.

Lore: Forced by the Targonians, Aurelion Sol crafted the brightest star he could, one that could seal the void rifts shut across Runeterra. The Arcus star. After the events of Icatha, the Targonians knew they could no longer waste their time on smaller rifts, with a looming threat of a larger one opening while the small one was being sealed. But the threat of any void rift was still to great to leave alone, so they created a body for the star, so it could seal rifts while the Aspects awaited a more dangerous one. With its new physical form, the Arcus star now decends from targon to keep the void from breaking into the mortal world.
