I get that S ranks are more common in ARAM, but they arent "every game" often. I myself try to stay away from Summoners Rift as much as possible, mainly because winning and getting S's are determined entirely on ganks. If the enemies have a better jungler, you have to spend the next 40-50 minutes fighting an uphill battle with nothing at the end. Even if you could just get half-tokens from ARAM, im sure other players would appreciate it too.
LostFr0st2 votesI play a ton of ARAM, but tokens are for gameplay on the champion. There's minimal champ-based tactics in ARAM. A lot of the 'S' part is either forming a premade or rolling the correct comp.

Not to mention that it's pretty easy to get lots of kills/assists since everyone is at the same spot at once, and you can't really get that much CS which is a huge part in your grade on Summoner's Rift. It just seems a little unfair to let people get tokens in ARAM since the difference between playing ARAM and Summoner's Rift is huge.

Getting an S+ is easier with Xerath or Lux in ARAM because they feature long ranged poke whereas Xerath sees so little play anywhere else but Ascension.
