For new Illaoi skin I voted for battlecast but I wanted to do something for her too. This was a little bit of challenge for me, cause I'm still learning :D i was inspired by Sandstorm Katarina, Hope you like it~

she's more chunkier than that and yea I'd dig this skin except no clue what the tentacles would be, sand would be kinda disappointing
