From the thumbnail it looked like her hair was part of her thighs so I thought "Oh my god she has fetish-level thigh size" but now that I clicked it I'm quite impressed. Amazingly done!

its a nice concept art, but it just screams Riven to me. IMO it just looks too much like Dawnbringer Riven.

Maybe its just me, but I feel like this isnt Irelia. I guess its the short hair.

edit: whoops,just realized that she DOES have the long hair hidden in the back,kinda xD But i prefer her hair untied like in her Lotus/aviator skin

She needs to have longer hair. This skin would look much better if she had purple-to-light-yellow ombre hair.

Don't get me wrong, the skin looks very good, but:

Where are the blades? And, nah, that thing on the right doesn't look like them.
Why is her face so close to the generic anime face style?
