Why is there no Vel'Koz Bilgewater skin? What about Bilgewater Inspired? You kinda missed the chance for a Sea-Serpent/Mother Serpent/Kraken skin, which I would've loved.

Q: Ink Splat W: Rift into the Abyss E: Big Splash R: imagine like No-Face from Spirited Away's large black pile of shit but with like gold and jewels and trinkets in it.

We actually had some of the same ideas and also, Spirited Away is so awesome and nobody ever knows about it. Glad to find someone else who does.

P.S. Need to include Helmet Bro's helmet or something in the ult, after all it is Velkoz

Spirited Away is actually hugely popular and is one of, if not the highest grossing of Ghibli's films (iirc) xD

That's pretty cool, I had no idea it was so popular. My experiences are usually people having no idea what I'm talking about.

Usually, people who don't know Anime won't know Spirited Away. Usually. That's probably why.

Yasssssssssssss! Although Vel'Koz got his Arclight skin about 5 and a half months ago, so, they're probably focusing on giving other champions skins (please make a new skin for Diana, Yasuo, or Vlad ^^).
