Vel'Kraken
Why is there no Vel'Koz Bilgewater skin? What about Bilgewater Inspired? You kinda missed the chance for a Sea-Serpent/Mother Serpent/Kraken 
skin, which I would've loved.

Yasssssssssssss! Although Vel'Koz got his Arclight skin about 5 and a half months ago, so, they're probably focusing on giving other champions skins (please make a new skin for Diana, Yasuo, or Vlad ^^).

I would buy this skin immediately haha Sometimes i think riot misses good money making opportunities for not making some of the skin concepts that people add here
