Shuriman Inters (dear riot)

dear Riot games, how come that someone who is clearly inting doesnt get ban by the automated system ? how much game do those guys need to ruin before action will be taken. theres no doubt that those players were intentionally feeding. plus they said they will int in pregame. i think riot need to work on there automated system. cause those summoner were not following summmoner codes. but if someone say 2 time the k word you get ban 14 days no chat restrict no coming back. but someone who ruin games and int will ruin multiple games without getting banned ?
