The Poro Whisperer

A friend of mine got this idea from here. (he actually left a comment there with everything I'm going to put here) Anyway he didn't want to post it because he said it was just him messing around but I think its a semi good idea so here it is!

"The Poro whisperer. Passive: The Poro Whisperer slowly builds stacks of Poro Blood over time, if any ability is activated at 10 stacks it gains bonus damage and special effects. (Thinking that abilites should create stacks too like Annie with her passive)

Q: Rabid Poro throw, throw a rabid Poro at an enemy unit infecting them with a Poro Toxin and causing true %hp damage over time. If this skill is activated with 10 stacks of Poro Blood the Rabid Poro stays latched on to any enemy champion hit, slowing them and increasing the damage done to the champion by The Poro Whisperer by 10%. (Uses all Poro Blood stacks)

W: Blood of the Poro, The Poro Whisperer absorbs the blood of a Poro losing 1 stack of Poro Blood, causing them to gain on hit true damage to all basic attacks and abilities, leaving a mark of Poro Blood on the enemy and allowing sight of them for 5 seconds. If you have 10 stacks of Poro Blood, Blood of the Poro absorbs all 10 stacks, allowing you to mark an enemy unit with up to 5 stacks of Poro Blood increasing damage with each stack and stunning at 5.

E: Call of the Poro, The Poro Whisperer uses the unique call of the Poros, summoning a Poro on any ally champion selected giving the unit an increase in armor, mr, and a slight decaying shield for the duration of the ability. If you have 10 stacks of Poro Blood when activated you will be forced to use the ability on yourself, summoning a Blood Poro that will follow you and add extra damage to your basic attacks by attacking any enemy you do, this ability can be reactivated on top of an enemy champion causing the Blood Poro to run at the selected champion and explode, causing aoe magic damage, slowing any champion near the champion selected and blinding only the champion the skill was activated on for a short duration

R: Poro Stampede, The Poro Whisperer summons a stampede of Poro in any direction selected, any enemy champions caught in the stampede are slowed by a large amount and take damage over time equal to the amount of time they are inside of the radius of the stampede, if this skill is activated with 10 stacks of Poro Blood, it instead summons a stampede of blood Poro that knocks back and slows any enemies caught inside of it.
