Realing annoying bug (ARAM)

Not sure if its just me but anytime I start a ARAM que, right after accepting a match and it starts to load into champion select, my client freezes and doesn't respond until after champ select is over. It then begins loading the game like nothing happens, prevents me from trading/rerolling.

Not sure if its just me or not, any response is welcome.
