Thought about it , let me explain

Q - Shoots a bubble instead of the purple ball W - Opens a crack thingly that bubbles comes out E - Just a water Knock up explosion R - Huge Water Spray or laser

What do you guys think ?

I'm thinking this is incredibly predictable, but overall a decent skin. Octopus Vel works fine.
