What champs need new skins

Hey guys, I recently made a Powerplant Zyra skin but I think making a skin for a champ that hasn't have one for a while. I went through the champ characters in game but it was hard to go through each one and see the latest skins. What champs haven't have a skin for awhile?

  2. Urgot (5 years, 4 months, 21 days).
  3. Swain (5 years, 1 month, 3 days).
  4. Cassiopeia (4 years, 4 months, 18 days).
  5. Shen (4 years, 4 months, 18 days).
  6. Viktor (3 years, 8 months, 25 days).
  7. Rumble (3 years, 2 months, 22 days).
  8. Heimerdinger (2 years, 11 months, 12 days).

I don't recall any of them getting skins in the past 2 years (except for elise but that was an esports skin, some of their release skins, and maybe super galaxy kindred if that wasn't as long as I remember.)
