Holiday/Event theming for Summoners Rift

Hey Riot,

A little suggestion. I know some games do this for holidays/events where they theme the map to the holiday/event. Would this be possible for theming summoners rift to a Christmas theme with snow/snowfall. Next year could do it for new years eve summoners rift and Halloween. I think people would love this and would look really cool and would have that Christmas feeling, Halloween feeling, etc.

Just my 2 cents. :)
