HAVE TO SEE THIS: Riot matchmaking at its best

So my friend messaged me and said I have a challenger in my game. I was like wtf no way. So I searched the game and the enemy team has a challenger and a diamond player. Now in who's fking mind does that seem fair? I mean I'm only gold and I'm also getting matched with diamonds and plats, but a challenger whos like rank #18 in the NA ladder against 3 unranked level 30's ( Johnny Sandy was bronze last season, Angad Buckets was Silver last season and MTR11 hasn't even played ranked at all) + Gold 5 + Silver 1 that's just r%%%%%ed. Thank god I'm quitting this game soon unless riot can get their heads out of their asses and bring back solo queue or fix their matchmaking.

it is a normal game, not a ranked game from what i can see...

also they might have been like a duo or trio premade

honestly, appreciate the chance to play with high elo players cuz u will learn ALOT from it.

when i was first starting league, i was like barely level 15 and my friends, all s5 golds, brought me to normals so i played along.

i was playing against golds and plats as level 15 and sure that was annoying but i learned alot more than i would playing with other level 15s.

i learned how to aa trade, trading stance, game phases (like laning phase, midgame, etc) team fighting, and stuff like that

granted i usually lost lane but as i was ONLY level 15 i actually had fun playing this. the transition from levels to ranked games wasnt as hard as i thought it would be.

I wonder what ever happened to playing with people at your level... isn't that what matchmaking is supposed to do?

it's not the end of the world because you lost a ranked game bugs happen, and I'm sure Riot is doing all they can to fix them :P

that was a norms... i had a silver 2 on the enemy team in one of my latest ranked games who was plat 1 last season.
