Janitor Bard skin (Original)

Theme: Bard is a janitor. Sort of like the ones that clean up. He has a mop and a janitor outfit.

> Passive effect: His meeps are pieces of rubbish he collects from the floor.

> Q: Swings his mop and a ball of water comes out. If hits a second target, a line of water makes it's way to the second target.

> W: Places a wet floor sign on the floor. When fully charged up, the wet floor sign has a picture of a + (health)

> E: For his magical journey the colour of the tunnel is blue or grey (what would be better?) and when bard goes through it he gets in one of those janitor trolley things and rides through it.

> R: I have no clue what to do with his R besides from changing it's colour so if you come up with something let me know.
