How to get people to play more support (champion or champions concept plan)

Well, riot is trying to get people to play more support, riiiight? Well, what do lots of people want? Fun, interesting, and most of all.... PLAYMAKING champions! Remind you of someone? Yes, you may be thinking of ! Thresh is fun, has the right amount of easy to pick up, hard to master, and most of all, he can make some cool, and maybe even flashy plays. That's why I suggest (as a support main!) that riot makes some flashy, fun, playmaking supports. Just one or two. I feel people see these champions doing cool and interesting things as SUPPORTS, then they might choose to pick them up and try the support role. Yes, there are MANY flaws in this! One, is trying to make a flashy play making support, well, A SUPPORT! They did something like that with Thresh,a no he turned out... well... PERFECT!!!!! (Not really PERFECT he's just really good) anyways, I'm just rambling now. This is just an idea. (Also can we have a void support? I mean, it would be kinda nice and all... or void tahm kench... that would be cool as well...)
