Casual Queue for those looking for a fun, twisted game.

I just experienced a game where 7 out of 10 players played off-meta in all chat by dancing at dragon pit or working together to take down Baron, having a fun time. This ran into an issue when I, who was trying to play the game seriously, attempted to engage in a fight where my team stood around while I got smacked around like a bonobo by their team.

This brought to my attention that there should be a queue system for players looking to play an off-meta game. Those who want to relax and play a game with opponents open to chatting, playing weird comps, and having loads of fun, away from those looking for a serious game.

An argument against this is that this is to be expected when queing regular draft. I constantly got told to que ranked if I wanted a serious game. A problem with this is not everyone wants that elo-on-the-line sort of games. Just a thought
