Worlds summoner icon no longer flashes

We all purchased the platinum Worlds icon for our favorite teams (Mine being c9) and as of a couple days ago it no longer flashes with ctrl+6.

Did Riot all of a sudden think that no one wanted it there anymore or that something we bought should be removed with no warning? I've searched the forums but have found nothing on this

It was supposed to only last till the end of Worlds. The fact that any of them still worked now was a bug, so they've obviously fixed it to where it no longer displays.

yeah it's intentional, they won't flash anymore which sucks :( no more bm with champs i have no masteries on, gotta just spam dance or git gud now lol

btw my icon is SKT :D
