New AD assassin S6 or S7

Can some one please tell me when we will get a new assassin like Talon, or zed... some one who just ults you and takes you out. I don't care if people say "oh well Jhin is a new assassin" cause hes not... he is not a champion who jumps on top of you and then gets away safely.

Do we need another one with the same playstyle ? Riot is currently working towards making each champions gameplay unique and impactfull, which is why I think the next assassin would play rather uniquely.
