Champion Concept - tabu, the voodoo Shaman
i know that Tabu was a cancelled champion, but the old man in the harrowing cinematic (rumored to be Tabu) made me want to try making a version of him.
Role: mage/ assassin
Passive: Voodoo doll, Every minute Tabu readies a voodoo doll based on a random enemy champion. The next damaging spell Tabu casts against that champion will deal an additional 50/100/150 true damage. (can only have 1 voodoo doll at any time. Ability goes on cooldown when the voodoo doll is used. The enemy champion will have a debuff to warn them.)
Q: Staff of pain, Tabu fires a blast of energy from his staff, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 magic damage and slowing the target by 25/25/45/55/65% for 2 seconds. Mana cost: 50/65/80/95/110 Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds
W: Mystic Chant, Tabu starts chanting for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds. During the chant he heals himself and all nearby ally champions for 30/40/50/60/70 health per second and dealing the same amount as damage to enemy champions. Mana cost: 90/90/90/90/90 Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds. (while chanting he is immobile)
E: Pins and needles, Passive: Tabu passively pricks his voodoo dolls with needles. damaging enemies around him. Deals 10/15/20/25/30 magic damage per second to surrounding enemies. Active: Tabu stabs his voodoo dolls, dealing 50/75/100 magic damage to all surrounding enemies. Passive does not work while it is on cooldown. Mana cost: 70/70/70/70/70 Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 seconds
R: The Black mist, passive: Enemies near Tabu have their vision reduced by 35/45/55%. Active: Tabu shows his enemies the horrors of the mist, fearing foes close to him for 2/3/4 seconds and dealing 100/200/300 magic damage to them over 4 seconds The fear lasts 1 second longer the closer the enemy is to Tabu. Mana cost: 100.120/140 Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds.
lore: Not much is known about Tabu. Some say he was a humble doctor who lived on the island now known as the shadow isles. Others say he was never human, and instead is a Demon in disguise, praying on the weak. What is known, however, is that he is one of the most dangerous wizards in the league. Reports came from the coast near the shadow isles of a mad doctor terrorizing the villages near there. A battalion of demacian troops rode out to meet the threat. What they found was a black fog.....and the horrors within it. Within minutes, the first soldier started screaming about something in the mist, and starting swinging madly around him. Soon, the whole battalion was convinced that something lurked in the mist, they swung madly, cleaving their own with mad chops and hacks. Finally the mist subsided, and only the captain stood. Blood covered his armor and sword, around him the corpses of his men lay, slain by their own brothers. A laugh was heard that seemed to carry on the wind itself. The captain tried to run but couldn't, and before he knew it he found himself with his own sword in his chest. A figure stepped out of the shadows, a withered old man carrying a terrifying staff. His voice seemed to carry immense weight. "You thought me an easy foe, but you fell to the one thing that can not be best, Fear." with that, the old man hobbled away. the General lay dead among a field where their was no war, only fear.
