That's right, it's Heartseeker Twitch! Because I love unexpected skin/champ combinations and I love this stupid sewer rat way more than I should.
His poisons are love potions!! And he's white, like a lab rat. All in all, I spent way too much time on this but I think it would be super cute.... I also cannot emulate League's style AT ALL so I hope you'll excuse the cartoony quality
